Everything from the distillation to the blending is done at the Japanese craft distillery, where the whisky is brought to proof using fresh mountain water that is sourced locally from near Mount Ibuki.
Bold and flavorful with a higher proof, it's tailor-made for Japanese whisky lovers as well as American whisky enthusiasts. The whisky is floral and spicy with a balanced malty palate with gentle spice and a touch of pineapple. The whisky shines with a splash of water, in a whisky & soda, or other cocktails, but makes for a deliciously nuanced neat sipper as well.
